- Knowledge of configuration profiles, compliance, and security policies

Aufgaben
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices
- Create and maintain configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines for endpoints
- Implement and support modern onboarding processes like Windows Autopilot and Apple Automated Device Enrollment
- Ensure device health, compliance, and lifecycle management across the enterprise
- Package, test, and deploy applications for Windows and macOS platforms
- Maintain deployment workflows, versioning, and update cycles using Intune
- Collaborate with application owners to ensure compatibility and performance
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues in Windows and macOS environments
- Support OS updates, performance issues, and application-related incidents
- Provide advanced technical guidance to L1/L2 support teams
- Manage enterprise printing solutions and troubleshoot printer-related issues
- Streamline print workflows as part of the endpoint modernization strategy
- Evaluate and implement new technologies in the modern workplace ecosystem
- Identify automation opportunities using PowerShell or API integrations
- Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative solutions
