- Valid EU driver's license and readiness for frequent travel within Germany and occasionally across Europe

- Strong communication skills, fluency in English and German, written and spoken
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic environment

- Conduct inspections of aerial work platforms
- Repair aerial work platforms at customer sites
- Respond promptly to service requests
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Document service activities
- Manage repair parts inventory
- Train customers on equipment operation
- Train customers on equipment maintenance
- Provide feedback on product improvements
- Recommend product improvements
- Collaborate with management teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams
- Address product design issues
