- Perform daily inspection rounds to identify maintenance needs
- Conduct specialized in-depth examinations of technical systems
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with system operators
- Prepare necessary tools and materials for maintenance tasks
- Document completed work in logbooks and SAP systems
- Create backups following any program modifications
- Finalize maintenance activities and report completion to operations
- Optimize existing process workflows
- Monitor and diagnose operating processes from the control room
- Operate hardware and software for data visualization and networking
- Inspect systems with mechanical hazards alongside the mechanics team
- Start up systems or subsystems with technical support
- Troubleshoot and resolve occurring malfunctions
- Maintain a continuous exchange of information with the team
- Assist with commissioning documentation for new systems
- Review functional and technical specification documents
- Instruct external contractors on internal company regulations
- Provide general support during operational execution
