Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree plus professional certification
- 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in an international environment
- Thorough working knowledge of pilot responsibilities and duties related to wide body jet aircraft
- At least 3 years and 1,000 flying hours as a Pilot in the E-3, E-8 and/or Boeing 707
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an instructor Pilot on E-3 and/or E-8 aircraft
- Excellent organization skills and sense of accuracy
- Fluency in English
- Eligibility for NATO security clearance
Aufgaben
- Operate Simulator Training Devices (STDs) and associated systems
- Provide expertise for effective use of STDs capabilities
- Support military instructors in achieving training goals
- Instruct students on checklist procedures and basic system knowledge
- Conduct simulator scenario training for aircrew members
- Lead theoretical and practical training sessions
- Augment Customer Training Organization as needed
- Develop and review training scenarios
- Instruct on normal and emergency procedures
- Facilitate student instructor familiarization training
- Plan, guide, and execute simulated events
- Support distributed simulator training
- Provide briefings and debriefings to trainees
- Lead scheduling activities for training sessions
- Maintain and update technical and operational publications
- Contribute to the development of the training program
- Demonstrate training during visits
- Track data for training events and student performance
- Support the On-Site Manager as required
- Carry out additional tasks as directed
