Mission Simulator Operator/ Instructor Passive Controller(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree plus professional certification
• 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in an international environment
• Thorough working knowledge of pilot responsibilities and duties related to wide body jet aircraft
• At least 3 years and 1,000 flying hours as a Pilot in the E-3, E-8 and/or Boeing 707
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an instructor Pilot on E-3 and/or E-8 aircraft
• Excellent organization skills and sense of accuracy
• Fluency in English
• Eligibility for NATO security clearance

Aufgaben

• Operate Simulator Training Devices (STDs) and associated systems
• Provide expertise for effective use of STDs capabilities
• Support military instructors in achieving training goals
• Instruct students on checklist procedures and basic system knowledge
• Conduct simulator scenario training for aircrew members
• Lead theoretical and practical training sessions
• Augment Customer Training Organization as needed
• Develop and review training scenarios
• Instruct on normal and emergency procedures
• Facilitate student instructor familiarization training
• Plan, guide, and execute simulated events
• Support distributed simulator training
• Provide briefings and debriefings to trainees
• Lead scheduling activities for training sessions
• Maintain and update technical and operational publications
• Contribute to the development of the training program
• Demonstrate training during visits
• Track data for training events and student performance
• Support the On-Site Manager as required
• Carry out additional tasks as directed
