Mission Simulator Operator/ Instructor Passive Controller(m/w/x)

In this role, you will operate advanced simulator training devices while instructing students on essential procedures and system knowledge. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, developing scenarios, and supporting military instructors to ensure effective training outcomes.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's degree plus professional certification
• •5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in an international environment
• •Thorough working knowledge of pilot responsibilities and duties related to wide body jet aircraft
• •At least 3 years and 1,000 flying hours as a Pilot in the E-3, E-8 and/or Boeing 707
• •Minimum of 1 year experience as an instructor Pilot on E-3 and/or E-8 aircraft
• •Excellent organization skills and sense of accuracy
• •Fluency in English
• •Eligibility for NATO security clearance

Aufgaben

• •Operate Simulator Training Devices (STDs) and associated systems
• •Provide expertise for effective use of STDs capabilities
• •Support military instructors in achieving training goals
• •Instruct students on checklist procedures and basic system knowledge
• •Conduct simulator scenario training for aircrew members
• •Lead theoretical and practical training sessions
• •Augment Customer Training Organization as needed
• •Develop and review training scenarios
• •Instruct on normal and emergency procedures
• •Facilitate student instructor familiarization training
• •Plan, guide, and execute simulated events
• •Support distributed simulator training
• •Provide briefings and debriefings to trainees
• •Lead scheduling activities for training sessions
• •Maintain and update technical and operational publications
• •Contribute to the development of the training program
• •Demonstrate training during visits
• •Track data for training events and student performance
• •Support the On-Site Manager as required
• •Carry out additional tasks as directed
