- Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong ability for targeted communication and moderation across hierarchical levels
- Willingness to work in fast-moving project environment and find pragmatic, solution-oriented approaches aligned with procurement processes
- Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
