- Ensure stock availability and replenishment efficiency
- Comply with operational routines
- Track turnover against targets
- Develop the category
- Control retail key figures (MS, IPT, AVB, CR, number of services)
- Perform inventory on schedule
- Monitor sickness rates and employee turnover
- Manage short services in all departments
- Support beauty classes
- Ensure product presentation according to visual merchandising specifications
- Maintain assortment and merchandise
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
- Warehouse and stock goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
- Support merchandising updates conversion/construction
- Carry out inventories
- Operate the cash register
- Perform additional tasks related to daily business
- Monitor conversion rate
- Monitor items per basket
- Monitor average basket value
- Gather customer feedback and satisfaction
- Track number of services
