- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Up-to-date certification (e.g., MS-102) and several years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration & security
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Purview, Intune, and Azure Active Directory
- Proven track record in securing Microsoft 365 environments in mid-sized to large organizations
- Background in regulated or security-sensitive industries
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and eager to implement new technologies
- Strong communicator and team player, able to explain complex topics clearly
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
Aufgaben
- Administer and secure the Microsoft 365 environment
- Configure and manage Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Implement Microsoft Defender for M365 to enhance security
- Ensure regulatory compliance using Microsoft Purview
- Implement best-practice configurations in the Compliance Center
- Continuously monitor systems for security incidents
- Respond to security incidents and optimize service performance
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for auditing and reporting
- Automate processes to drive operational excellence
- Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams
- Align with corporate policies to meet regulatory requirements
- Plan, test, and roll out new Microsoft 365 features
- Enhance service configurations and support IT projects
