Anforderungen
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience as M&E Planner on large commercial building services projects
- MS Project proficiency
- Construction planning experience in Mechanical/Electrical Building Services contracting
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent relationship building skills with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines
Aufgaben
- Establish and maintain project planning controls
- Provide accurate reporting across multiple projects
- Create master baseline schedules in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Create project delivery schedules using schedule hierarchy
- Communicate project delivery schedules to the project team
- Create integrated templates and model programmes for pre-construction, construction, and commissioning
- Create detailed schedules for design, procurement, installation, and close out
- Incorporate trade contractor schedules into the company schedule hierarchy
- Communicate scheduling and project controls matters to all project team members
- Manage progress reporting and integrate progress information into company reports
- Create and monitor KPIs
- Produce weekly/monthly dashboards and reports
- Engage in the change management process to determine programme impact
- Create and manage the commissioning programme
- Develop commissioning KPIs and reporting regime
- Prepare time impact analyses for extension of time claims
- Evaluate extension of time claims from trade contractors
- Mentor and train junior staff
