Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of MEP infrastructure and relevant industry standards
  • •Strong technical expertise in MEP system design and construction methodologies
  • •Excellent coordination, scheduling and budget management skills
  • •Proven problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting experience
  • •Professional Engineering license and/or DCEP/DCTP certifications preferred

  • •Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • •Ensure compliance with industry standards and building codes
  • •Monitor safety regulations and energy efficiency requirements
  • •Review technical submittals and evaluate MEP performance metrics
  • •Assess system commissioning and provide regular status reports
  • •Facilitate MEP system documentation and as-built drawings
  • •Support knowledge transfer for operations teams
