- Several years of experience in Pharma, preferably in a similar role
- Experience in project management and planning of events
- Knowledge in biostatistics, clinical practices, clinical research, and medical writing
Aufgaben
- Engage with Medical Experts to share medical and scientific information
- Identify and map Medical Experts and Key Accounts for strategic engagement
- Develop and execute engagement plans for Medical Experts aligned with country strategy
- Respond to unsolicited information requests from Medical Experts
- Collect impactful insights from Medical Experts to inform medical strategy
- Collaborate with clinical, commercial, and regulatory teams for effective information delivery
- Plan and implement field medical tactics and engagement plans aligned with brand strategy
- Support clinical research programs and optimize trial execution at study sites
- Facilitate the Investigator Initiated Trial process upon request
- Serve as a medical resource for field matrix colleagues
