Anforderungen
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical field
- •Prior experience as MSL or in scientific sales
- •Proven track record of relationship development
- •Proven ability to present complex scientific data
- •Experience in rare or ultra-rare disease environment
- •Experience within Neurology
- •Exposure to complex matrix organizations or virtual teams
- •Microsoft Office experience
- •Ability to convey complex scientific ideas fluently
- •Self-starter with independent work capability
- •Capacity to work effectively on multi-disciplinary teams
- •Positive attitude during challenging situations
- •Administrative and organizational skills
- •Relevant life-science degree (Master or Diploma)
- •Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- •PhD or MD
- •Experience in neurology, especially neuromuscular or neuroimmunological diseases
- •Experience in launching new, innovative drugs
- •Knowledge of clinical drug development
- •Ability to work proactively and innovatively
- •Ability to build and expand resilient networks

- •Develop and maintain expertise in neurology, focusing on Myasthenia gravis and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder
- •Implement local pharmaceutical regulations in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs
- •Support and implement the local Medical Affairs Plan and strategy
- •Conduct training programs for commercial teams and other functions
- •Coordinate responses to Medical Information inquiries using global resources
- •Identify and align with Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders
- •Deliver medical education presentations and gather feedback
- •Facilitate scientific exchanges with external customers and internal partners
- •Develop and implement projects for a virtual environment
- •Lead medical affairs practices for assessing new indications and patient pathways
- •Identify potential investigators for clinical research projects
- •Collaborate with commercial operations, sales, and marketing teams
- •Implement high-impact medical research projects to support business objectives
- •Support clinical study feasibility and implementation with EMEA clinical operations
- •Assist in the local publication plan and data dissemination
- •Attend national and international meetings to gather intelligence and build relationships
