- Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong organizational skills, managing multiple priorities
- Independent work and effective collaboration in matrix organization
- Experience supporting behavior change and operational implementation
- Fluent German and English
Aufgaben
- Lead planning and delivery of cross-functional medical projects
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resourcing
- Translate strategic medical priorities into executable plans
- Ensure milestones align with clinical best practice and commercial goals
- Work with Medical and Operations stakeholders to integrate delivery
- Partner with OU Medical Director and AMP team on priority programmes
- Coordinate clinical experts, operational leaders, and central teams
- Facilitate collaboration between central and local stakeholders
- Provide hands-on support to AMP team in UK & Ireland
- Develop and quality-check medical content and tools
- Ensure Oral Health content is evidence-based and clinically robust
- Translate medical knowledge into actionable guidance for clinical teams
- Define success metrics for clinical outcomes, adoption, and impact
- Track progress against targets and report on impact
- Refine delivery approaches using data and feedback
- Monitor performance against project goals and quality standards
- Provide regular updates to Medical Director and governance forums
- Escalate risks and capacity constraints proactively
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project implementation frameworks
