- Ensure compliance with AbbVie processes, Code of Business Conduct, ethics, regulatory requirements, and local laws
- Contribute to and implement global strategies in cross-functional collaboration
- Support best-in-class medical infield team excellence
- Develop and implement processes, tools, and materials for Medical Excellence
- Lead digital transformation projects, including AbbVie internet presence and multi-omnichannel communication
- Build expertise for the medical infield team
- Monitor market trends and provide actionable recommendations
- Oversee internal medical communication initiatives with Corporate Communication, BTS, CEX, and Marketing teams
- Enhance field medical team excellence in collaboration with CEX, BTS, and medical training managers
- Identify and pursue external project opportunities beyond the pharmaceutical industry
- Partner with subject matter experts across therapeutic areas to support scientific communication
- Advise Affiliate Medical Affairs on medical communication topics
