- Plan and deliver Medical Education meetings and programs
- Ensure seamless and high-quality participant experiences
- Collaborate with Medical Education teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage event logistics, including venues and travel
- Handle event registration, technology, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for events
- Conduct pre-event planning calls
- Oversee on-site event delivery
- Conduct post-event reviews
