As a Mechanic, you will be the go-to expert for production equipment, ensuring machines are set up, maintained, and repaired on time. This role involves monitoring equipment conditions, collaborating with departments, and continuously seeking improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Anforderungen

• •Comprehensive completed technical education in mechatronics, polymer, precision mechanics, or electronics
• •At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical operations or manufacturing
• •Experience in pharmaceutical packaging production for clinical trial samples in GMP-regulated environment
• •Knowledge and understanding of technical systems and corresponding SOPs
• •Very good German skills; good English skills
• •Strong MS Office skills
• •Proven ability to understand technical details and resolve issues
• •Demonstrated independence, reliability, and strong service orientation
• •High teamwork capability and organizational talent
• •Willingness to learn and to work in shifts
• •Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
• •Occasional exposure to -22°C environments

Aufgaben

• •Serve as the main contact for production equipment inquiries
• •Work independently following SOPs and GxP guidelines
• •Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• •Manage timely setups, maintenance, and repairs of machines
• •Monitor the condition of machines, facilities, and tools
• •Research improvements for the machine park and its handling
• •Support the Facilities & Engineering Department
• •Conduct training and education for employees as needed
• •Provide timely reports and information
• •Collaborate with various departments to enhance satisfaction
• •Address action items within the scope of activities
• •Order spare parts as required
• •Process maintenance orders in the maintenance software
• •Pursue further education as needed
