In this role, you will design and prototype custom robotic systems, working hands-on with 3D printing and assembly. Daily tasks will involve creating models, assembling components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

Anforderungen

• •Degree or technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• •Experience with SolidWorks and PDM
• •Comfort with assembling mechanical parts and using tools
• •Basic understanding of tolerances, materials, and manufacturability
• •Ability to read drawings and technical documentation
• •Experience in robotics, automation, or system integration
• •Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools and jigs/fixtures
• •Awareness of CE/Machinery Directive basics
• •Basic knowledge of sensors, electronics, or camera systems

Aufgaben

• •Create and update SolidWorks 3D models and 2D drawings
• •Prepare complete manufacturing packages for production
• •Use 3D printing and machining tools to create prototypes
• •Iterate prototypes to support AI experiments
• •Assemble mechanical components like profiles and sensors
• •Support the upkeep of proof of concept and test setups
• •Perform fit, collision, and stiffness checks under guidance
• •Maintain clear documentation, including BOMs and assembly notes
• •Collaborate with electrical and software teams for integration
