• Manage the full life cycle of goods
• Navigate complex customs documentation
• Process shipments in Oracle
• Prepare spare parts and inventory
• Pack and label medical devices
• Create UPS, FedEx, and DHL labels
• Inspect incoming goods for damage
• Apply FIFO principles to inventory
• Handle carrier correspondence regarding paperwork
• Liaise with freight forwarders for deliveries
• Pick spare parts for field service
• Transact Move Orders in Oracle
• Perform inventory adjustments and cycle counting
• Maintain warehouse locations and stock levels
• Manage logistics for loaner devices
• Coordinate test equipment for calibration
• Support logistics for professional education sessions
• Maintain records of pack slips and invoices
• Support QA and Trade Compliance teams
• Create purchase requisitions in iProcurement
• Track purchase orders through to approval
• Match invoices to deliveries and POs
• Resolve financial discrepancies with Finance
• Develop internal and external relationships
• Support Service Managers and Leaders
• Communicate quality-related issues effectively
• Exchange logistical information with international centers
• Present a professional image at all times
• Liaise with internal departments as requested
• Comply with company QA procedures and guidelines
