Anforderungen
- Master’s studies in Chemical engineering, Energy and process engineering, Environmental engineering, or comparable field
- Confidence and safety awareness in laboratory and pilot plant
- Knowledge of electrolysis technologies (preferably AEM) and/or pilot-scale engineering
- Proactive attitude and strong interest in exploring and optimizing electrochemical technologies
- Ability to work independently
Aufgaben
- Investigate operating parameters like temperature and differential pressure
- Participate in the technical ramp-up of the electrolysis test rig
- Operate the high-pressure electrolysis test rig
- Investigate performance differences between lab and large-scale cells
- Identify loss mechanisms during scale-up
- Quantify generated products and gas crossover
- Establish a complete mass balance
- Execute and evaluate experimental measurements independently
- Present experimental results at internal meetings
- Present technical findings at scientific seminars
