- Develop and optimize biomarker assays using human biological samples
- Utilize Flow Cytometry and Immunoassay platforms for research
- Troubleshoot assay performance to improve sensitivity and throughput
- Analyze experimental data and document findings in electronic notebooks
- Gather requirements and create user stories for digital tools
- Support the implementation and curation of project management solutions
- Collaborate across disciplines to translate results into implementation plans
- Assist with the operational workflows for outsourcing biomarker assays
