In this role, you will engage in cutting-edge research on cell therapy, focusing on evaluating cellular therapies and conducting experiments to characterize genetically modified T cells. Your work will involve collaboration with a dedicated team and presenting findings to enhance the understanding of immuno-oncology.

Anforderungen

• •Enrolled student working towards Master’s degree in biomedicine, biochemistry, biology, or related field with excellent results
• •Expertise in T cell immunology, cell culture, and flow cytometry
• •Knowledge in development of cell therapies and experience in CRISPR/Cas system and in vitro functionality testing of primary T cells
• •Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and systematic working individual with a creative mind
• •Enjoyment of interdisciplinary work and intercultural communication

• •Evaluate the function and potency of cellular therapies
• •Design and execute experiments for characterization of genetically modified T cells
• •Perform functional comparisons using flow cytometry and microscopy
• •Plan and conduct experiments independently
