Aufgaben
- Familiarize yourself with elastomer injection molding characteristics
- Analyze existing elastomer injection molding process for control and stability
- Conduct rheological characterization of elastomer materials
- Perform and evaluate vulcametric investigations for curing behavior
- Plan and conduct experimental series to vary process parameters
- Collect and evaluate machine and process data
- Analyze process data using programming tools to identify correlations
- Assess impact of process parameters on component quality and process windows
- Derive recommendations for process optimization and monitoring
