Aufgaben
- Support ongoing research projects
- Express and purify selected mitochondrial proteins
- Reconstitute proteins into synthetic liposome-based models
- Conduct biochemical enzyme activity assays
- Investigate protein contributions to temperature gradients
- Collaborate with an experienced PhD student
- Engage with local and international research partners
- Complete program-embedded laboratory modules
