Anforderungen

• •0-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment
• •Fluency in local language and basic English
• •Basic math skills and logical reasoning
• •Ability to work and think independently
• •Prior experience working on a machine
• •Some experience in manufacturing
• •Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
• •Motivation and punctuality
• •High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• •Learning agility and quick task adaptation

Aufgaben

• •Perform preliminary machine troubleshooting
• •Ensure adherence to safety measures for the machine
• •Record production data
• •Complete quality audits and related paperwork
• •Communicate production and mechanical issues to the shift lead or supervisor
• •Make decisions within your scope of responsibility
• •Adhere to the production schedule and quality standards
• •Comply with all safety and health regulations
• •Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in the work area
