- Strong communication skills
- Very good English skills
- Basic German skills
- Comfort working with international teams across Austria and CEE
Aufgaben
- Perform compliance control activities for MiFID/WAG, MAR, PAD
- Coordinate compliance control activities for MiFID/WAG, MAR, PAD
- Manage compliance related to conflicts of interest
- Develop and harmonize control frameworks across Austria and CEE
- Develop and harmonize documentation standards across Austria and CEE
- Develop and harmonize reporting across Austria and CEE
- Act as a key contact for local compliance teams
- Act as a key contact for selected business stakeholders
- Collaborate with first-line and IT on data quality
- Collaborate with first-line and IT on process improvements
- Collaborate with first-line and IT on system requirements
- Collaborate with first-line and IT on testing
- Support reviews and assessments
- Create presentations
- Create guidance materials
- Create training content
