- Proven track record in integrated marketing campaigns
- Fluent in German (minimum C1)
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO and social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills
- Creative thinker with analytical abilities and results-driven mindset
- Experience in energy transition or solar energy sector highly desirable
Aufgaben
- Lead local marketing strategy development and execution
- Align marketing strategies with Sunrock’s business goals
- Track and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance
- Identify local market opportunities and recommend initiatives
- Drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Contribute to pipeline creation and deal progression
- Manage the marketing budget and monitor expenditures
- Forecast costs and report on budget performance
- Oversee creation and localization of marketing materials
- Ensure marketing materials resonate with local audiences
- Develop case studies and product campaigns
- Create multimedia content with the local team
- Apply Sunrock’s strategic narrative and brand guidelines
- Manage local website content and digital channels
- Optimize content for SEO
- Develop and execute social media strategies
- Create content calendars and manage community engagement
- Analyze digital performance metrics
- Adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach
- Plan and execute industry and customer events
- Coordinate trade shows and presentations
- Lead PR activities and media relations
- Organize journalist site visits
- Represent Sunrock at key industry events
- Foster relationships with stakeholders
- Conduct ongoing market research
- Provide actionable insights for marketing strategies
- Inform business development with market insights
- Act as strategic marketing counterpart to Business Development
- Strengthen BD strategy and positioning
- Act as country owner for marketing execution
- Align with central marketing priorities and initiatives
- Collaborate with Business Development, product, and development teams
- Work with the Marketing Manager (all countries)
- Manage external agencies and partners
