- Design and optimize marketing campaigns across the customer journey
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure high-quality leads
- Oversee CareMates' social media presence on LinkedIn
- Generate content ideas and plan editorial schedules
- Analyze social media performance
- Plan and manage paid campaigns like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with industry associations
- Support joint marketing activities
- Organize success stories and customer reference cases
- Coordinate trade fair appearances, events, and webinars
- Work within the myneva Group marketing setup
- Leverage existing tools while addressing CareMates' needs
- Analyze campaign performance data and create reports
- Implement concrete optimization measures
