- Assist with the event nomination and invitation process
- Create CRM campaigns and ensure data quality
- Prepare electronic invitation materials and event websites
- Execute external mailings and newsletter distributions
- Support internal communication initiatives
- Create and update presentations and factsheets
- Handle administrative tasks including accounting and ordering
- Respond to donation and sponsorship requests
