Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's a plus)
- 1-3 years marketing/communications experience or strong internship experience
- Strong interest in AI, digital tools, and emerging technologies
- Ability to create digital content (copy, visuals, video)
- Experience with design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva) and MS-Office
- Excellent English communication skills
- German B1+ skills (plus)
- Hands-on social media channel management experience (LinkedIn preferred)
- Analytical mindset and content performance data confidence
- Experience with tech, digital, data, or AI topics
- Interest in employer branding and talent marketing
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking and strong visual sense

- Manage and grow social media presence.
- Develop content pillars for Data & AI storytelling.
- Design and produce visual assets, videos, and infographics.
- Simplify complex AI topics through visual storytelling.
- Accelerate content creation using AI tools.
- Identify trends with AI tools.
- Optimize campaigns using AI tools.
- Track and analyze content engagement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance.
- Improve communication strategies using insights.
- Monitor AI, tech, and marketing trends.
