- Effective leads pipeline and book of business management
- Proficient quantitative skills and data interpretation
- Ability to work at strategic and tactical levels
- Proven cross-functional work experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Charismatic, resourceful, self-sufficient self-starter
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce plus)
- Fluent English and German
- Willingness to travel internationally regularly
- Passion for Airbnb, travel, sharing economy (host plus)
Aufgaben
- Ensure supply health and expansion in DACH and CEE regions
- Manage and acquire high-quality hotel inventory
- Enhance Airbnb's market presence through team collaboration
- Develop and refine scalable supply management strategies
- Build and expand partner relationships within territory
- Surpass quarterly sales targets with hotels
- Conduct optimization calls and business reviews with partners
- Provide exceptional and timely service to hosts
- Manage and optimize the long tail of hotels in the region
- Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply
- Educate clients on significant product updates
- Cascade feedback on product and public policy
- Leverage data to identify strategic growth opportunities
- Navigate operational complexities and allocate resources efficiently
- Develop and implement unique engagement projects
- Foster innovation within the territory
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of local market trends
- Represent Airbnb in external meetings and industry conferences
