- Ability to develop data mining, extraction (ETL), and data quality assurance (QA) processes
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex findings to sales/management and discussing technical requirements with IT specialists
- Problem-solving ability to translate commercial/operational challenges into data-driven solutions
- Advanced time management skills for managing large-scale and short-term projects
- Willingness to work from office if required

- Develop and maintain analytical tools
- Enhance backend systems for informed decision-making
- Identify new growth opportunities
- Support pipeline management and forecasting
- Analyse sales records and customer data

- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Business Development
- Provide insights into product performance
- Offer insights into customer business outlooks
- Design and develop ETL processes
- Integrate and harmonise data from CRM, ERP, and Pricing
- Optimise and document business processes
- Ensure data quality and consistency
- Apply NoSQL, Machine Learning, and NLP
- Discover new insights and opportunities
- Maintain and administer the MBI data warehouse
- Oversee Tableau Server performance and reliability
