Anforderungen

  • •Experience in successful project management

  • •Commitment to driving climate transformation in maritime sector

Aufgaben

  • •Implement multiple international maritime climate projects
  • •Ensure project outputs align with KCC’s strategic objectives
  • •Manage project timelines and budgets
  • •Collaborate with the Knowledge Hub Team to create proprietary IP and analytics
  • •Develop high-quality outputs such as graphics, reports, and posts
  • •Work with the KCC Communications Team to enhance strategic impact
  • •Represent KCC in project meetings
  • •Present project activities at workshops, conferences, and webinars
  • •Build and strengthen relationships with project partners and external stakeholders
  • •Establish a strategic communication plan for regular high-quality content publication
  • •Contribute to the development of new projects and interventions
  • •Support internal projects and business development initiatives
  • •Prepare quality outputs including reports and analytical tools
  • •Engage in public speaking at meetings and events
  • •Understand and influence systems for change
  • •Work independently and collaboratively within small teams
  • •Demonstrate cultural sensitivity in interactions
  • •Multitask effectively across parallel assignments
  • •Navigate ambiguity in a startup environment
