- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Restock the sales floor with merchandise from the stock room
- Process cash register transactions efficiently and accurately
- Connect consumers to the company loyalty programs
- Receive and process incoming and outgoing products
- Respond to consumer questions about product features and availability
- Assist consumers with buying decisions based on their needs
- Acquire knowledge about products, policies, and procedures
