In this role, you will engage with consumers by providing product information and assisting with their buying decisions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining store standards, processing transactions, and supporting the team to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Anforderungen

• •High School Diploma or GED preferred
• •2 years of experience or less
• •Experience interacting with and serving consumers
• •Skill operating Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) systems
• •16 years of age or older
• •Ability to work in a physical or strenuous environment
• •Ability to work in a place occasionally
• •Ability to communicate clearly with others
• •Availability to work a flexible retail schedule

Aufgaben

• •Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
• •Restock the sales floor with merchandise from the stock room
• •Process cash register transactions efficiently and accurately
• •Connect consumers to the company loyalty programs
• •Receive and process incoming and outgoing products
• •Respond to consumer questions about product features and availability
• •Assist consumers with buying decisions based on their needs
• •Acquire knowledge about products, policies, and procedures
