Anforderungen
- Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or comparable field

- Solid understanding of engineering principles, validation methods, manufacturing processes, airworthiness requirements in production
- Experience in production-related environment is a strong plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional and international environment
- Fluent in English and German (both required)
- Eligible for security clearance
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
Aufgaben
- Conduct stress analyses for airworthiness
- Improve CFRP components and manufacturing processes
- Analyze and validate composite and hybrid structures
- Evaluate non-conformities and develop repair solutions
- Ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations
- Adhere to design principles and engineering standards
- Investigate root causes of structural deviations
- Define corrective actions for deviations
- Collaborate with European design offices
- Work with production and operational teams
- Support digitalization initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects
- Enhance product quality and manufacturing performance
