Aufgaben
- Operate and support new plating lines
- Set up, load, unload, monitor, and maintain plating lines
- Execute production trials and test runs
- Collect and document data during trials and test runs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize processes
- Optimize chemistry and tooling during development
- Monitor and maintain stable process parameters
- Maintain equipment conditions (solution levels, temperatures, agitation, anodes, contacts, current flow)
- Support chemical additions and bath adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis
- Support Design of Experiments (DOE) and qualification runs
- Assist with industrialization up to pre-series production
- Help commission and modify equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturing sites
- Work with external partners in an international environment
- Support global initiatives in plating, automation, and assembly processes
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to process standards
- Comply with safety and environmental regulations
