- Comfort working with materials, tools, and production equipment
- Team mindset and ability to work independently
- Experience with fiber materials, resin systems, or vacuum-based manufacturing processes is a plus, but not a requirement; strong fundamentals and motivation to learn valued
- Willingness for shift work (day shifts 6am-10pm Mon-Fri)
- English speaking skills at least B2; German speaking skills is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Manufacture high-quality composite components
- Prepare and handle dry fibers
- Process resin systems according to procedures
- Operate production equipment and tooling
- Monitor manufacturing parameters
- Ensure consistent process execution
- Inspect components
- Support quality assurance activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
- Work closely with engineering and production teams
- Continuously improve processes
