Aufgaben
- Lead and coordinate the manufacturing department
- Develop production, assembly, testing, and process engineering teams
- Optimize production processes for scaling and efficiency
- Ensure high-quality execution of production steps
- Meet output, safety, and performance targets
- Collaborate with Quality Control, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Flight Test teams
- Implement production schedules and monitor KPIs
- Secure on-time delivery of manufactured units
- Identify bottlenecks and introduce corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives like Lean, 5S, and Kaizen
- Oversee training and development of technicians and production staff
- Maintain accurate documentation of production processes and performance
- Support new product introduction and industrialize future UAV product lines
