- Lead and manage innovation projects from pilot to industrial scale
- Ensure solutions are ready for manufacturing deployment
- Deliver value across the manufacturing network
- Work closely with innovation programs and manufacturing sites
- Collaborate with procurement and enabling functions
- Embed industrial readiness early in projects
- Accelerate time-to-value and deliver measurable benefits
- Support piloting and scale-up of innovations
- Manage and prioritize a portfolio of innovation initiatives
- Guide projects through a structured stage-gate process
- Align projects with manufacturing needs and innovation strategy
- Coordinate with innovation programs and manufacturing sites
- Ensure procurement and operational integration readiness
- Govern the transition from pilot to full-scale deployment
- Manage ownership handover and implementation approach
- Track performance and benefits
- Monitor time-to-value, ROI, productivity improvements, and sustainability impact
- Act as a key interface between innovation programs and manufacturing sites
- Support piloting, rollout, and knowledge sharing
