- Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Fluent in English; additional foreign language beneficial
Aufgaben
- Prepare Manufacturing Key Design Decisions
- Deploy activities adhering to harmonization targets
- Drive operational business process changes
- Ensure process simplification and standardization
- Identify areas for process improvement
- Work with BPEs, ITSEs, and Data Experts to implement changes
- Develop detailed process documentation
- Maintain up-to-date records of design and deployment activities
- Synthesize information for strong recommendations
- Incorporate business context and dependencies
- Establish clear prioritization criteria
- Determine tradeoffs in process decisions
- Anticipate impact on the broader organization
- Make decisions based on broader business benefit
- Leverage advanced problem-solving skills
- Use analytical skills to simplify complex processes
