Anforderungen
- •Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in chemistry, physics, chemical engineering, materials science or a related field
- •Initial wet-chemical laboratory experience
- •Basic knowledge of spectroscopy, gravimetry, titrimetry and chemistry of transition metals in aqueous media
- •Willingness to handle hazardous chemicals
- •Capacity to design, plan and conduct laboratory experiments and analyze data
- •Ability to work with Microsoft Office software
- •Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style
- •Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- •High motivation to learn and contribute to corporate initiatives

Aufgaben
- •Execute experiments and tasks as agreed with the supervisor
- •Prepare test coupons for electroless copper plating
- •Conduct chemical analysis of treatment baths for electroless copper plating
- •Assess electroless copper deposit quality using wet-chemical and physical methods
- •Document results
- •Present results in relevant meetings
- •Support the project team in troubleshooting processes
