- Basic knowledge of spectroscopy, gravimetry, titrimetry and chemistry of transition metals in aqueous media
- Willingness to handle hazardous chemicals
- Capacity to design, plan and conduct laboratory experiments and analyze data
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office software
- Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- High motivation to learn and contribute to corporate initiatives
Aufgaben
- Execute experiments and tasks as agreed with the supervisor
- Prepare test coupons for electroless copper plating
- Conduct chemical analysis of treatment baths for electroless copper plating
- Assess electroless copper deposit quality using wet-chemical and physical methods
- Document results
- Present results in relevant meetings
- Support the project team in troubleshooting processes
