- Drive pricing excellence, margin improvement, and value-based selling
- Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Lead through influence across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Product Management
- Develop a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer success
