- Strong communication skills with fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Lead the System and Software Development Team for Smart Leveling Systems
- Ensure quality, cost, and timing targets are met
- Support product development from concept to series production
- Coordinate the creation of technical requirement specifications for mechatronic components
- Manage control unit hardware and basic software specifications
- Guide the team in managing suppliers for purchased components
- Oversee external development support
- Take responsibility for budget planning and headcount management
- Prepare management reports
