Anforderungen

• •Completed master's degree in economics, finance, or related discipline
• •5+ years of professional experience in strategy or transaction consulting, corporate finance, or private-equity environment
• •Focus on commercial or growth strategy in tech or software sector
• •Proven experience in independently managing projects and teams in consulting environment
• •Extensive knowledge in developing corporate strategies and business models
• •Excellent analytical skills and strong solution-orientation
• •Leadership experience
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English

Aufgaben

• •Coordinate project activities with partners and clients' stakeholders
• •Manage advisory projects for private equity investors in international transactions
• •Develop and implement commercial due diligence projects on buy- and sell-side
• •Analyze business models, competitive landscapes, and market potentials
• •Structure and validate value enhancement and growth strategies for portfolio companies
• •Advise on buy & build and digitalization programs
• •Prepare and present equity stories and value creation plans
• •Identify new investment opportunities through target screenings and market trends
• •Prepare results reports, workshops, and strategic pitch presentations
• •Lead, coach, and develop consultants in project work
• •Support business development and pitch preparation
• •Collaborate with international teams and experts in private equity
