Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- •Minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality engineering, including at least 3 years in a people management role
- •Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of manual and automation test engineers
- •Strong expertise in manual and automated testing tools, frameworks, and architectures
- •Experience working in Agile environments using methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe
- •Solid background in DevOps practices and cloud-based software solutions
- •Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing techniques (functional, integration, system, regression)
- •Hands-on knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby, as well as SQL
- •Experience testing web APIs and/or mobile applications
- •Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools; experience with Polarion is an advantage
- •Knowledge of FDA regulations, including 21 CFR Part 11 and cGxP, is a plus
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- •Based in or able to work from Estenfeld, Germany (hybrid work arrangement)
- •Combination of experience and education may vary from the above listed qualifications
