You will lead strategic category management and oversee third-party services to ensure the company efficiently procures essential non-health products while driving sustainability and high supplier performance.

Anforderungen

• •Advanced degree in business, supply chain, or related field
• •Professional certification in procurement or supply chain
• •Progressive leadership experience in complex procurement organizations
• •Experience managing outsourced procurement or indirect spend
• •Track record in high-value tenders and negotiations
• •Experience implementing procurement policy and process optimization
• •Minimum 10 years of procurement and sourcing experience
• •Experience with UN agencies or donor-funded models
• •Familiarity with Global Fund operating and sourcing frameworks
• •Experience in public and private sector procurement
• •Excellent English and good working French knowledge
