- Advanced Excel skills
- Building financial models in Excel
- Working with large datasets in Excel
- Using Pivot Tables in Excel
- Using Sensitivity & Scenario Analyses in Excel
- Familiarity with MS Office suite
- Familiarity with PowerPoint
- Ability to assess financial attractiveness of investments based on KPIs and metrics
- Business fluent English (C1+/C2)
- Business fluent German (C1+/C2)
- Confidence in international stakeholder communication
- Strong analytical thinking
- Sound business judgment

- Strong interest in music, media, or creative industries
- Prior experience in music, media, or creative industries (plus)

- Support opportunity screening and valuation
- Execute and track post-investment activities
- Build robust financial models (DCF)
- Perform investment analysis for acquisitions
- Support due diligence processes
- Review financial statements and business plans
- Collaborate with Legal & Business Affairs teams
- Prepare high-quality investment memos
- Create IC materials for senior management
- Support deal structuring and negotiation
- Coordinate with Legal & Business Affairs and A&R teams
- Track and manage deal flow
- Ensure timelines and internal approvals
- Support post-closing onboarding
- Monitor performance post-closing
- Drive continuous improvement of models
- Ensure process consistency and scalability
