- Leadership and decisiveness
- Fluency in German (spoken and written)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)

- Develop and implement forward-looking integration strategy
- Shape strategic direction of integration landscape
- Define roadmaps and modern cloud concepts
- Set standards for integration platforms
- Ensure compliance with SoX requirements
- Lead and build high-performing team
- Ensure smooth, secure, and high-performance operations
- Maintain focus on quality, timelines, and budget
- Coordinate projects with other departments
- Set priorities and drive innovation
- Plan and manage department budget
- Select external partners
- Make well-founded investment decisions
