- Several years of HSE experience in industrial manufacturing
- Experience in quality management or assurance (advantageous)
- Initial leadership experience (advantageous)
- Degree in engineering, occupational health & safety, environmental management, quality management, or comparable field
- Certified Occupational Health and Safety Specialist or equivalent qualification (ideally)
- Solid knowledge of occupational health & safety
- Solid knowledge of health and environmental management
- Enjoyment of working closely with people on shopfloor
- Ability to develop practical solutions with operational teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Structured approach to risk management, audits, and compliance
- Pragmatic, hands-on mindset
- Fluent German communication
- Confident English communication (minimum B2 level)

Aufgaben
- Take overall responsibility for Health, Safety & Environment
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards
- Implement effective preventive measures
- Drive risk assessments, root cause analyses, and accident prevention initiatives
- Maintain a strong presence on the shopfloor
- Strategically develop the quality management system
- Lead the Quality Assurance team
- Strengthen sustainable quality standards across the site
- Lead and develop the QHSE team
- Foster collaboration and create a culture of accountability, safety awareness, and continuous improvement
- Lead internal audits and support external audits and certifications
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, authorities, and regulatory bodies
- Contribute to operational and strategic site decisions
- Act as a role model for leadership, ownership, and a strong safety culture
