In this role, you will enhance preparedness for potential disruptions by implementing Business Continuity and Crisis Management strategies, supporting international teams, and fostering a culture of operational resilience across the organization.

Anforderungen

• •At least 2 years of professional work experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or crisis management
• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, IT Security, or a related field
• •Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., ISO 22301, BSI 200-4, ISO 22316, ISO 22361)
• •Affinity for IT-controlled working methods and solutions
• •Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities
• •Willingness to travel occasionally, both national and internationally
• •Strong proficiency in spoken and written German and English

Aufgaben

• •Implement and maintain methodologies for Business Continuity, Emergency, and Crisis Management
• •Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of resilience strategies
• •Support international locations in developing and maintaining Business Continuity & Emergency Response Plans
• •Conduct Business Impact Analyses and design response strategies
• •Coordinate and oversee proactive measures through simulations and exercises
• •Assist response teams in managing emergency and crisis situations
• •Facilitate effective coordination and decision-making during critical events
• •Capture lessons learned and improve emergency and crisis management processes
• •Drive global operational resilience projects and foster cross-departmental collaboration
• •Promote awareness of operational resilience across the organization
• •Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry best practices
