In this role, you will coordinate health, safety, and environmental initiatives across global locations, ensuring compliance and promoting best practices. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing strategies, leading training, and collaborating with local managers to enhance EHS standards.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in environmental sciences, engineering, health and safety management, or comparable field
• •Several years of professional experience in EHS management, ideally in an international organization
• •In-depth knowledge of local, national, and international EHS regulations and standards
• •Strong analytical skills and experience in evaluating and interpreting data
• •Very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written; German would be an advantage
• •Ability to coordinate and motivate teams across multiple locations
• •Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• •Proven track record of successfully implementing and promoting cultural change in EHS practices
• •Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and the use of technologies for HSE management
• •Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist) are an advantage
• •Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• •Hands-on mentality
• •Willingness to travel within the group of companies

Aufgaben

• •Develop and communicate EHS strategies and goals for global locations
• •Collaborate with local EHS managers to ensure consistent regulatory compliance
• •Analyze aggregated data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• •Lead EHS training and awareness programs across the group
• •Conduct investigations into major incidents and implement corrective actions
• •Represent the company in EHS matters with authorities and stakeholders
• •Benchmark and integrate industry best practices and technologies
• •Contribute to environmental and sustainability initiatives, including waste management
• •Provide guidelines to ensure compliance with occupational and environmental safety
• •Support local EHS managers in aligning policies with production growth
• •Advise sites on legislative changes and ensure timely compliance
