- Several years of relevant experience in environmental management, sustainability, compliance, or related operational roles (ideally international business environment)
- Practical experience with environmental regulations and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 50001, EMAS a plus)
- Hands-on experience in environmental and energy data collection, validation, and reporting
- Experience supporting or implementing environmental management systems, audits, or internal trainings
- Familiarity with key environmental topics (energy, waste, emissions, water, biodiversity)
- Experience with reporting frameworks (CSRD, GHG Protocol, GRI, SBTi) (advantageous)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, structured and detail-oriented working style
- High quality awareness, reliability, and thoroughness
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in global, cross-functional environment
- Customer-oriented mindset and understanding of operational needs
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
- Team player with proactive attitude, credibility, commitment, and collaborative approach
